Meet Morgana
Her multicultural heritage, fluency in Spanish, and international background have inspired a strong commitment to social impact. Morgana held a pivotal fundraising role at Nicklaus Children's Hospital Foundation in Miami, where she raised nearly $2M by managing major events and corporate partnerships. She later advanced to Director of Development for the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation, spearheading fundraising initiatives, building strategic alliances, and supporting Latin music education and cultural preservation.
In entertainment, Morgana gained valuable experience at iHeartRadio and leadership roles in Magazine, Music, Film, and Hospitality PR, shaped her journey and expanded her network and deepened her understanding of media and celebrity influence. She is currently a PhilD candidate at Indiana University’s The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, specializing in entertainment and celebrity-driven giving.
Morgana is the founder of Spotlight, a consultancy focused on celebrity philanthropy strategy for high-profile clients and organizations seeking innovative social impact. Morgana lives in Miami with her husband, Eddie, and two children, EJ (11) and Nya (6).
How do you intend to use the funds?
Thank you for supporting my professional development. I intend to use these funds to advance my professional Doctor in Philanthropic Leadership (PhilD) studies at Indiana University's The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, where I am specializing in entertainment and celebrity-driven philanthropy. I appreciate your support in helping me achieve these academic and professional goals.
